Francis Blumer is the design studio of Hayley Francis, dedicated to creating homes with story, artistry, and soul. With a background in fashion, creative direction, and interiors, Hayley designs timeless spaces that feel deeply personal. 

Her love of interiors was born from an obsession with Dragon Peak, the house her mother grew up in, which was named House & Garden’s Hallmark Home of the Year in 1968. That spirit of history and creativity continues to guide her work, and the Francis Blumer logo itself is drawn directly from Dragon Peak’s architecture. 

After launching her first studio, Neon Doves, Hayley moved fully into interiors in 2018. Francis Blumer is the natural continuation of the journey, it's name joining her maiden and married names to reflect both roots and future.

Her work has been featured in The Seattle Times, House Beautiful, Better Homes & Gardens, and Domino Magazine.
