In the case you aren’t vibing so hard on your piece(s), we will gladly accept returns or exchanges on all unused items within 5 days of the delivery date. Please note items on sale or purchased with a discount code are final sale.

Email hayfrancis@gmail.com with your order number within 3 days to start a return. Items must be shipped back within 7 days in original condition with a tracking number (insurance recommended).

Refunds may take up to 1 week to process. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
